Mode of building

All buildings are built in the same manner (each building has a "sandwich" wall of full brick, garage, parking places, lift, PVC joinery, Velux windows, remote-control garage doors), all our buildings are in the center zone I of Novi Sad.

We only build with full brick, the so called "sandwich" wall is 45 thick (25 cm brick + 5 cm insulation + 12 cm brick + finishing works), heat and sound insulation. The PVC joinery is with blinds and inner blind boxes. Hydraulic, noiseless lift starting from the basement. The garages have remote-control doors. Duplex apartments are made with full oblique plates and Velux roof windows. The parquet is of S class and made of oak. The tiles are 1st class. There is a safety entrance door.
