"Vaer" Engineering LLC from Novi Sad began to be involved in investments and building apartments for the Novi Sad market in 1998. The company has its own staff, car pool, mechanization and employs 50 permanently employed workers. For certain finishing works (tiles, parquet, heating, etc.) we engage temporary subcontractors.
All built apartments are registered in the name of the purchaser, and all utility bills payable to public companies are in the name of the purchasers.
In the previous period we built more than 20,000 m² residential and business buildings that have been regularly registered in the land register.
